The Sanford/Springvale Youth Athletic Association
is a registered, non-profit, tax exempt corporation
which was founded in 1969 to serve the youth of the
community.

The SSYAA is presently governed by a 10-member
board of directors who meet twice a month to
conduct association business. These meetings, held
on the first and third Monday evenings at 7PM at the
Nasson Community Center are open to the public.

The SSYAA operates six sports programs over the
course of the year. Lacrosse in the spring, Field
Hockey, Football and Cheerleading in the fall,
Basketball and Wrestling in the winter.

Funds to operate these programs come from sign up
fees, team sponsorships, fund raising events, and the
generosity of time and money from countless
volunteers.

Too numerous to mention here, the SSYAA thanks
you all, and will continue to channel your efforts
for the benefit of your children
